About the Position

MarketBridge Analytics Managers are charged with overseeing client projects and delivering insights based on complex analysis. These projects will leverage diverse parts of your toolkit including marketing analytics, predictive modeling, and marketing framework development. Analytics Managers have ownership over challenging and complex projects, while still retaining executional responsibilities.


This position is for those with 5+ years of analytics experience that are looking for an opportunity to use data to help improve clients’ sales and marketing strategies. We are looking for those with a history of

(1) Successfully managing challenging projects that are not afraid to get their hands dirty OR

(2) Sustained deliverable success that are looking for increased project management responsibility

We are looking for the right person, not a specific basket of skills or experience. That being said, the ideal candidate will:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in the fields of data-driven consulting, market research, or other role where you analyzed data in your day-to-day job
  • Be able to bridge the gap between data to a narrative with actionable strategic recommendations
  • Possess a strong quantitative mindset along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have exceptional project management skills, and enjoy working on (and leading) teams
  • Be able to snap structure to complex processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Have expertise in marketing and/or sales
  • Be extremely conscientious and organized
  • Be proactive, start projects with little prodding

  • Project Management: Fully own and manage the high-quality execution of project workstreams
  • Storytelling & Strategy: Synthesize analyses, develop strategic frameworks, and conduct research to construct compelling, detailed, and actionable recommendations for our clients
  • Client Relations: Manage client relationships across multiple key stakeholders, internal and external
  • Analysis: Both lead and individually contribute to analysis tasks using a variety of tools including Excel, R, SQL, Python, and SAS
  • Firm Citizenship: Contribute to make the firm a positive and productive place to work
