We Are Looking For

A strategic leader and 5-star project manager who can (1) provide strategic thinking, planning, and execution of best-in-class marketing motions that may be targeted to consumers, businesses, or sales teams, while also (2) managing clients, overseeing timelines, and navigating unexpected “left-turns” in the project work. If it sounds like we’re looking for a superstar, we are.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a level of consulting experience. (Note: while we support entrepreneurial zeal, in this case we’re looking for experience within a known agency or consulting firm.)  You’ll need to be knowledgeable in the functional areas of Marketing and Sales, and be accountable for program work such as*:

  • Multi-Channel Marketing Activation
    • Marketing activation strategy and measurement
    • Lead generation campaign design
    • Account-based marketing strategy
  • Audience-First Marketing
    • Voice of the customer research and analysis
    • Customer journey mapping
    • Customer experience design
  • Sales Enablement
    • Sales partner program design
    • Sales playbook development
    • Training and enablement content recommendations

*Only candidates with experience in at least two of the major bulleted categories will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Project and Client Management: Responsible, as the primary point person, for engagement delivery, managing project timelines, workstreams, deliverables, team members and clients to a satisfactory outcome.
  • Solution Strategy and Recommendations Output: Develop solutions to client marketing and/or sales challenges, create client presentations that make the case for the proposed solution(s) and lead presentations of our recommendations to client.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Focus on developing expertise in specific functional areas of Marketing and Sales, as well as expertise in at least one focus industry such as insurance, health care, technology, or media.
  • Team Leader: Responsible for managing a project team, driving their growth and development while ensuring quality client output. Also managing up to Account Leadership overseeing accounts and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Expectations

An ideal candidate will have, and will be able to demonstrate during the interview process:

  • Consulting or agency experience, preferably five years or more
  • Experience working for and with Fortune 500 accounts and clients
  • Expertise in the functional areas of Marketing and Sales
  • Significant experience in one or more of the following industries: Tech, health care, financial services, insurance, business services, or media
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • An aptitude for teamwork and leadership
  • A track record of managing multiple detailed projects and project elements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong client presentation skills
